Hats, hats and more hats!
In honor of the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Miss Catherine Middleton, I am introducing these hats. They belonged to my Grandma, Helen Hedelius. I am the "Keeper of the Hats". Every so often, I take them out, look at them and try them on. I just love them. You can bet if I was invited to "the Wedding" I would be wearing one of them. Since I was not invited, I decided to blog about them instead. If you ever want to see them and try them on, just call me and make an appointment. I will be glad to share them with you.I did spent my time today viewing the Royal Wedding. This is the second time I had this opportunity. I also viewed the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer. Wow! Two Royal Weddings in my lifetime. I just love fairytales. I wish them the best and hope they don't let us down.

Easter - April 24th 2011
Chelsi came home to spend Easter with us! We had a great time. We went Easter dress shopping on Saturday. Look what we found! I guess we liked the same type of dresses.
After church, on Sunday, We all went up to Dennie and Janet's for Easter dinner in Felt, Idaho. Tyson, Courtnie, Kaden and Emma came with us. It was great spending the afternoon with all of Denni's family. We sure enjoy them. As usual, we had really good food.
On our way home we just had to stop and take a picture of the Teton's with all this snow. Isn't is beautiful? We really missed the snow covered mountains.

Our First Official Dinner Party - April 10, 2011
Guest List: Clinton and Rochelle Arnold, Boden Port (nephew), Tyson and Courtnie Arnold, Blake and Alex Hawker (Neice & husband).
We were excited to have some of our family come over for Sunday Dinner. This is the first of many dinner parties we plan to have. This is one of our favorite things to do. Clinton always makes good food and it is just nice to spend time with family. Thanks for spending the afternoon with us.
Back in Idaho
We are starting to feel a little more settled. It has been a big project. First we had to sort through and move all of Millie's stuff out. Then clean all the nooks and crannies. Now we are unpacking and putting all our stuff away. We appreciate all those who have helped us along the way. Now you can see some of the pictures of where we now call home. This is our house. We live on 22 N Maple Ave Sugar City, Idaho. It is in a great little neighborhood.
Here is the back of the house. We have a huge backyard, a garden spot and a clothesline.
Here is the kitchen. It is great for entertaining!
The living room is huge. It is still in the process of being put together.
The master bedroom. I just love the purple wall! I feel very comfortable here. I am enjoying making this home my own.

Arizona Friends - March 2011
On of our biggest blessings we had in Arizona was great friends! We were blessed to meet and get to know such wonderful people. This made our time here alot of fun. Let me introduce you to these wonderful friends. We will start off with the Lovell's. Jens and Lisa moved in across the street from us. This is Lisa and her kids; Mackensie, Madison and little brother Max. They were great neighbors. Madison and Kinsie would come over to my house to play and bake goodies. It was like having two extra grandkids. I got kind of spoiled, Lisa also cut my hair.
This is the Hancock Family. John, Mitzi, Megan, Joe and Jeremy. (Their other son John Jr. is serving a mission in Canada.) Clinton and I were their Home Teachers. What a great way to get to know them. Mitzi, Megan and I also spent alot of time scrapbooking together.
We were just getting to know the Grossharts. Faye and Jerry and their two kids. We had them over a few times to play games. They were alot of fun.
Rod and Doreen Wolberg are family. Doreen is Clinton's 1st cousin. It has been fun getting to know them better. We enjoyed spending time with them and going out to dinner and having them over.
This next group of people were part of our Empty-Nester Family Home Evening Group:
Kay and Mark Jensen. Come to find out Kay and I are related. Her grandma, Audrey Salo, is my grandma's, Vera Barrett, Aunt. This was such a great thing to find out.
Earl and Joanne Robison. Joanne is an inspiration to me. She just joined the church a few weeks ago. I was blessed to be her visiting teacher. She is such a great example of faith, obedience, and a love of the gospel.
John and Teri Price. It has been fun to rub shoulders with these guys. They are just wonderful to be around.
Rick and Wendy Morejon. Wendy and I have been visiting teachers while I was in Arizona. It has been great to get to know her.
Kent and Vicki Ashton. He was our Home Teacher, visited us faithfully every month. They were also our friends. We enjoyed spending time with them.
Here are some couple we have enjoyed spending time with:
Troy and Tammy Jarvis. We moved into the ward about the same time. I was blessed to be her visiting teacher. We have spent alot of fun times together. I even babysat their kids a few times when they went out of town. They have had their share of ups and downs, but they have weathered the storm. Troy is such a great example of repentance and working hard to come back unto Christ. He was just recently rebaptized a member of the church.
Tony and Wendy Spooner. We have really enjoyed them. We are in the same empty nest situation. So we have spent alot of time eating out, playing cards, bowling and just enjoying each others company. Clinton and Tony have become really good friends. They are just plain fun to hang out with.
Here are some ladies I have enjoyed getting to know:
Tracy Critchfield. Funny thing is, Chelsi was the one to introduce us last summer. Tracy joined the church a few months ago. It has been fun to see her grow in the gospel. She told me I was the first person to make her feel welcome.
Carla Hansen is a blast to be around. I have loved getting to know her.
Beverly Hurley was my visiting teacher. I sure loved her visits. Joanna Beck has been a fun friend. It has been fun to get to know her. She and her husband are fun to play cards with. She is so friendly, she would always save me a seat in Relief Society.
Becky King is such a sweet friend. I got to visit teach her. Wendy Morejon and I were visiting teaching partners. She made it really easy to go.
Thanks to all these wonderful people in Arizona. We really felt welcome there. There are others that touched our lives also. I just didn't have time to get pictures of everyone.
