This is my Mom! Feb 4, 2015

This is my Mom, Phylus Barrett.  She lives in Idaho Falls.  She is a maker of quilts.  She makes 1 large quilt a month and donates it to the Humanitarian Center in Idaho Falls.  She is pretty amazing.  I came to Idaho Falls today to runs errands with her and have lunch.  We called Chelsi and she joined us.  It is nice to have her living close enough to be able to see her often.

My husband loves me!  He is always doing nice things for me. He opens my car door when we go out together.  He cooks lots of meals for us.  He washes the dishes. He tells me that I look cute.  He brings me flowers just because.  The list goes on and on.  I recognize just how blessed I am.  I am thankful for a husband who loves me!

Finally! January 25, 2015

This is Chelsi, my beautiful daughter! We are finally able to celebrate her birthday.  Her birthday is January 11th, but she woke up sick.  We had to postpone until today.  So today she got the birthday dinner with family and cake and ice cream with extended family.  Her favorite thing is oreo's.  I found this delicious recipe for an oreo cake.  It looks just like a very large oreo cookie!  It is a keeper!  She turned 24 this year, just a spring chicken!
